Accused me of switching the console. Didn’t wanna help me with the transaction and were super rude. The store manager Kurt lied that he called and left my husband a voicemail but he never after telling us that give them 72 hours. Came back to the store after couple of days and my husband talked to him on the phone and still didn’t wanna cooperate!
